The Deluxe Puppy Kit includes:

**Free Voucher on each puppy for Low Cost Spay/Neuter**

 This can be used at 12 weeks of age and older.  The puppies would spend two nights with me.  I will transport to the vet & pick them up.  This low cost is only available thru my facility.  You can also get their Rabies shots at the same time, at a reduced rate.

**$30.00 Gift Certificate for complete physical & Free Flea Treatment*

You will receive one Certificate per puppy.  It can only be used at Banfield Pet Hospitals, located inside any Petsmart store.  You must call ahead for an appointment, and bring all of the health information that I supplied to you, for the vet to review.
